Mike Hammer has been employed as a law student at Samar Law since June 1, 2024. Mike deals with regulatory and tax law issues related to cryptocurrency, drafting of commercial contracts, corporate law issues and commercial law in a broad sense.
Mike is a master's student at Copenhagen Business School, and his bachelor's thesis concerned the classification of the legal status of DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations) under Danish law.
